Jean-Michel Pelletier is a clinical psychologist specializing in issues of motivation at work, sports and in the school environment (secondary, college, university). He uses cognitive-behavioural and systemic approaches to effectively intervene in various problems such as anxiety disorders, depression and attention deficit disorder.
Dr Pelletier was also a teacher and gave conferences at Cégep de Trois-Rivières in the past. His expertises are in sports psychology, occupational psychology and school psychology. His passion for sports psychology started as a teenager. In fact, he was a hockey goalie and a tennis player and he has asked himself many questions about the mindset of his sports performance.
