Biography

Jean-Michel Pelletier is a clinical psychologist specializing in issues of motivation at work, sports and in the school environment (secondary, college, university). He uses cognitive-behavioural and systemic approaches to effectively intervene in various problems such as anxiety disorders, depression and attention deficit disorder.

Dr Pelletier was also a teacher and gave conferences at Cégep de Trois-Rivières in the past. His expertises are in sports psychology, occupational psychology and school psychology. His passion for sports psychology started as a teenager. In fact, he was a hockey goalie and a tennis player and he has asked himself many questions about the mindset of his sports performance. So, Jean-Michel decided to focus his doctoral thesis in sports motivation.

Now, he gives online courses and offers private consultation via his platform the Psy Sportif. You can follow him on facebook or his website.
