Associate Professor Joanne Kemp is a Principal Research Fellow at the La Trobe Sport and Exercise Medicine Research Centre, La Trobe University, Australia. She is also a Sport & Exercise Physiotherapist of 30 years’ experience. She has many years’ experience working with elite and recreational athletes with hip pain. She has a particular interest in non-surgical, exercise-based interventions that can slow the progression and reduce the symptoms associated with hip pain and hip osteoarthritis.
