Julie is a speaker, personal development coach and teacher at the Université de Montréal. She worked for nearly 20 years in the pharmaceutical field, during which time she developed extensive expertise as a speaker and instructor for a variety of healthcare professionals. Having completed a doctorate in microbiology-immunology, her research interests include the impact of chronic inflammation on health.
In her mid-fifties, she embarked on a new adventure, a challenge based on her core values. She created her own company, focused on the primary prevention of chronic disease. Her activities aim to support people in their efforts to put their health at the heart of their priorities. She is interested in managing chronic stress and anxiety, as well as the importance of adopting healthy lifestyle habits, while developing one’s human potential.
