Léandre Gagné-Lemieux is an accredited fitness trainer with the Conseil du Sport de Haut Niveau de Québec. For the past 10 years, he has worked with provincial, national and international level athletes in mountain biking, diving, triathlon, running, rugby, basketball, snowboarding, hockey and freestyle skiing. For example, Léandre is the physical trainer for the Canadian Freestyle Ski Team and the National Rugby Team. Moreover, he was a member of Canada’s mission team for the Rio 2016 Olympic Games. Also, Léandre is a lecturer in sports performance and is involved in research at the Department of Kinesiology at Laval University.
