Headaches are common in physiotherapy practice and are often related to cervical dysfunction. Patients with cervicogenic headache often report concomitant symptoms of dizziness; the diagnosis of cervicogenic dizziness is now a recognized classification. These two types of symptoms are closely related and respond well to appropriate physiotherapy interventions.
