With a PhD in Exercise Physiology and a Master’s degree in Kinesiology, Myriam has been working as an exercise physiologist at the Institut National du Sport du Québec since 2015, where she has notably worked with the canoeing, para-swimming and para-cycling teams. She is interested in the optimization of athlete training, intervening particularly in training planning and performance training monitoring. She seeks to develop new tools to measure physiological adaptations to training and better understand the effect of different training protocols on performance. Myriam is also an instructor for the Advanced Diploma in Coaching and was a lecturer at Université Laval.
