Sarah is a perinatal kinesiologist and founder of Bougeotte et Placotine which specializes in group classes for pregnant women and new mothers. Sarah has developed an expertise in the prevention of pregnancy-related problems through physical training as well as in functional training during pregnancy. She has created a series of courses to optimize postpartum physical rehabilitation from two weeks postpartum to one year postpartum. For the past 10 years, her company has accompanied thousands of pregnant women and new mothers in their practice of adapted physical activities. Sarah has also contributed to several books for health professionals. She is finally a speaker and instructor since 2017.
