An interdisciplinary practice such as ABC Health Clinic is a practice that brings together a group of health professionals not only by sharing work spaces, but especially by sharing patient follow-ups. All the professionals in this practice are familiar with the fields of practice of the other professionals. They have learned to work closely together and to recognize the relevance of integrating or not integrating one or more other health professionals in the management of their patients’ cases. They practice with rigorous procedures and effective communication tools to tailor their practice around the needs of their patients. It is an integrated approach based on teamwork between health care professionals AND the patient.
In addition, all professionals at ABC Health Clinic enjoy a great deal of professional freedom of action. Practice according to the approach that best represents YOU.
