Description

Main functions:

Assesses impairments and disabilities of physical function related to the neurological, musculoskeletal and cardiorespiratory systems, determines a treatment plan and performs interventions to achieve functional and optimal performance
Assess patient’s condition
Treat a variety of pelvic health issues in women, men and children
Provide information on prevention and functional improvement of physical performance through prevention, pain management and treatment of physical limitations and injuries, while promoting fitness, health and wellness
Develop an individualized recovery plan based on scientifically proven techniques to treat the problem, ailment or injury

Salary Range

27.46 to $50.39 per hour

Requirements

Must have a master’s degree in physiotherapy
Must be a member of the Ordre professionnel de la physiothérapie du Québec
Diplomas required for employment obtained outside Quebec must be accompanied by a comparative evaluation of studies completed outside Quebec (ÉCEEHQ) issued by the Ministère de l’Immigration, de la Francisation et Intégration du Québec.
