Physiotherapy Boisbriand is a stimulating, family-friendly, and welcoming multidisciplinary team composed of over 25 healthcare professionals, including physiotherapists, physiotherapy technologists, massage therapists, osteopaths, occupational therapists, acupuncturists, and our specialist doctors. The presence of our specialist doctors in physiatry and orthopedics is one of our great strengths, contributing to the support and training of the team in more complex cases. Renovated in 2021, our two branches have been well-established in Boisbriand since 1989.

We are proud of our unique and personalized approach with new graduates. The clinic offers between 30-50 hours of training/mentoring during your first 3 months of practice! This gentle integration aims to build confidence and ensure that you have all the necessary tools to help your patients achieve their specific goals.

WEEK 1: 100% observation and in-house training including: 

• Manual therapy 
• Lumbar/scapular stabilization 
• Proprioceptive taping technique 
• McKenzie approach
• Kinetic control, etc.

Mutual aid and teamwork are at the heart of the company. We are like a big family. We plan several meetings throughout the year, including a Christmas party and a summer party. Our mandate is to support you in achieving your professional goals while respecting work-life balance. Therefore, we offer internal training sessions given by our doctors 6 to 8 times a year to address therapists’ questions and learn more about different orthopedic surgery techniques and fluoroscopy-guided injections. The clinic’s therapists decide on the topic of each meeting to target their current needs. 

Our physiotherapists offer various diversified approaches, such as:

• McKenzie approach 
• Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ)
• Vestibular rehabilitation 
• Pelvic floor rehabilitation 
• Running assessment
• Golfer’s positioning 

Working conditions:

•  Very competitive compensation *Signing bonus up to $5000 
• 4-day workweek 
• 1 hour of paid documentation time per day 
• Hourly remuneration (not based on patient visits, regardless of cancellations/absences) 
• Treatment on electric tables in closed rooms, including our CNESST and SAAQ clients, to ensure quality follow-up and respect for confidentiality. 
• Continuing education program ($2000 for external training + 50% paid for unlimited training in the first year, applicable to new graduates)
• Paid day off for attending continuing education 
• OPPQ and AQP membership fees paid
