This course will present the theoretical and practical basis for the integration of meditation in the treatment of persistent pain. An overview of the various types of meditation and their scientific validity will be discussed. It will provide a more in-depth understanding of mindfulness meditation and Dhyana, meditation in the yogic tradition. Through clinical examples, tools will be presented and practiced to illustrate concrete clinical applications of meditation for the management of persistent pain.
Thank you for a great course.
I love Emmanuelle’s approach so much, it has made a significant difference in my life and my approach to my patients.
Very interesting course! It would be relevant to have even more concrete ways of integrating this type of modality into clinical practice, despite the case histories already present!
I would have liked to know the objective of each meditation to better guide us in our practice.
Practical tools useful for both therapist and patient 😉
