Would you like to improve your clinical reasoning?
Would you like to better understand why some prescribed exercises sometimes don’t work?
Would you like to better understand the influence of one joint on another, or on posture, quality of movement, sports performance, etc.?
This interdisciplinary training will open doors to innovative clinical skills. You’ll be able to recognize the impact of optimizing one joint’s behavior on other areas of the body, modulating pain and performance, and improving the intervention plan.
Objectives
- Assess the patient’s center of mass on the support base
- Establish the relationship of muscular imbalances to the patient’s sub-optimal base of support
- Palpate joint and muscle activity in functional movement;
