Power is the foundation of speed and agility, making it the most important physical quality in sports. Increasing power potential is therefore the key to superior performance in running, jumping, quick changes of direction, throwing and physical contact. During this course, Christian Thibaudeau, one of the most recognized coaches in the world, will share his approach to muscle power and progression.
