Objectives
- Gain an understanding of common causes of hip pain in adults.
- Gain an understanding of the definition and typical presentation of femoroacetabular impingement syndrome.
- Be able to conduct a targeted and relevant assessment of a young adult with hip pain
- Understand how to design and conduct an evidence-based and tailored physiotherapist-led treatment program for adults with hip pain (including return to sport and physical activity).
- Understand the appropriateness of other treatments such as surgery.
