To obtain your certificate, follow these step-by-step instructions:

  2. Go to your dashboard and click on the course in question.
  3. Click “Continue the course” and “Mark as complete” for the first lesson if you haven’t already done so.
  4. Leave your feedback and click the “Mark as complete” button.
  5. Then return to the course’s main page and download your certificate.

There is usually a short delay before the attendance information is updated in your account.

Most access to courses is provided instantly (unless otherwise specified) to the email address provided at the time of purchase. To access your courses, simply go to “My Dashboard”.
