Mélissa Bergeron has been a physiotherapist for 15 years and specializes in oncology, more specifically in the management of breast cancer and lymphedema patients. In addition to being a certified lymphedema therapist since 2012, she has attended several conferences and courses in Canada and in the United States in order to develop a very specific expertise in the field of oncology. She also set up the physiotherapy services at the Centre des Maladies du sein of the St-Sacrement Hospital. She has been teaching lymphedema at Laval University and Mérici College for several years and has presented various conferences to health professionals and medical teams over the years.
