After anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR), rehabilitation continuum should include specific muscular strengthening methods, neuromotor and neurocognitive approaches and prevetion program to help athletes recover their previous level. Therefore, clinicians must take into account systemic approach based on athletes physiological and psychological changes. Also, evidence based criteria must be used to help clinicians and athletes to optimize the rehabilitation and return to play after ACLR. This webinar highlights how clinicians may help athletes optimize rehabilitation continuum after ACLR based on current scientific literature.

Very interesting topic, was a difficult to follow. A lot of abbreviations without definitions.
Very good course overall, the structure and content are very interesting. However, I would have liked to have seen examples of exercises, variants and safe ex’s progressions for each section. That’s what I think is missing 🙂
