Summary
After anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR), rehabilitation continuum should include specific muscular strengthening methods, neuromotor and neurocognitive approaches and prevetion program to help athletes recover their previous level. Therefore, clinicians must take into account systemic approach based on athletes physiological and psychological changes. Also, evidence based criteria must be used to help clinicians and athletes to optimize the rehabilitation and return to play after ACLR. This webinar highlights how clinicians may help athletes optimize rehabilitation continuum after ACLR based on current scientific literature.

- Identify the injury and help the patient in decision making ;

- Build a progressive program based on relevant assessments ;
- Control the different steps of return to performance.

The content is generally interesting, but lacks concrete examples. It’s a bit too general. Also, the presenter’s English is hard to understand because of his accent. I would have preferred to hear it in French. Still, it’s relevant.
