Although barbell sports have been in existence for over a century, popularity has increased within the last few decades due in part to organizations like CrossFit. Along with this growing interest, more folks have become aware of various symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction such as fecal incontinence with the deadlift, urinary incontinence with box jumps, and pelvic organ prolapse with the squat. In this webinar, you will learn about the current state of the evidence in treating pelvic floor pathologies for strength athletes, and how to communicate about it with your patients.
