Good information and presentation. I would have liked a few more examples of exercises for the pelvic floor specifically (eg. Bridge as assist) or stretches specifically (eg. Piriformes or obturator interns hip stretches). I have taken classes with Herman and Wallace with research presented supporting 24 10 second holds per day as a « maintenance dose ».
